CONDITIONS

1.

The contract refers always to 11 publications, for practically reasons running from March till February. No emergence in august.

2.

The contract tacitly renew, until a written cancelling at least THREE months before the final date of the current contract.

3.

After two appearances, an invoice will be draw up. All invoices are payable: cash after receipt on account number IBAN: BE62 4011 0266 9161/ BIC: KREDBEBB for the attention of BBAT vzw., Beningstraat 10, 2230 Herselt.

Changes or variable advertisings of the publicity pages are possible on a monthly base.

Publicity materials should be in our possession TWO months before the date of publication.

6.

Only the advertiser is responsible for the content of his advertisement.

7.

Delivery for shipment of the advertisements is possible on next manners:

a.

Full page size: Height = 240 mm; Width = 165 mm.

b.

Digital as *.JPEG, *.TIFF, *.EPS or Photoshop *.PSD format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and in a format that’s min. 10% exceeds the final layout. CMYK - color profile.

c.

certified PDF-format (on CMYK base)

8.

We also can  take care of your layout at cost price.

a.

Delivery for shipment of text files in Word-format (*.doc) or Rich Text File (*.rtf) or plain text (*.txt).

b.

Separated supply’s of logo’s or bitmaps, like specified under 7.b

c.

Photo’s or slides can also get digitised by our care at cost price.

d.

Providing an example or outline is recommended.

e.

Preceding to a publication the customer will be informed with an example.
