aquariumwereld puts monthly 16 publicity pages and 3 cover pages at disposal of  the sponsors to announce their firm, their products or their services, with a specific goal to our hobby

CONDITIONS

1.

The contract refers always to 11 publications, for practically reasons running from March till February. No emergence in august.

2.

The contract tacitly renew, until a written cancelling at least THREE months before the final date of the current contract.

3.

After two appearances, an invoice will be draw up. All invoices are payable: cash after receipt on account number 401-1026691-61 for the attention of BBAT vzw., Beningstraat 10, 2230 Herselt.

4.

The publicity pages, that make up an separately quire, get printed by TWO months. Changes or variable advertisings are therefore possible by two months according to next frequency:

March/April – May/June – July/September – October/November – December – January/February

Publicity materials should be in our possession TWO months before the date of publication. The deadline for delivery for shipment of the material  for the respectively dates of issue are:

31 December – 28 February – 30 April – 31 July – 30 September – 31 October

6.

Only the advertiser is responsible for the content of his advertisement.

7.

Delivery for shipment of the advertisements is possible on next manners:

a.

Full page size: Height = 240 mm; Width = 165 mm.

b.

Four-colour printing quadri’s: raster 120 x 120.

c.

Digital as *.JPEG, *.TIFF, *.EPS or Photoshop *.PSD format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and in a format that’s min. 10% exceeds the final layout, delivery for shipment on CD-ROM or ZIP-disc (100 Mb).

d.

Layout in Quark X-press or PageMaker 6.5 format, provided that the separate logo’s or images are included as individual files.

8.

We also can  take care of your layout at cost price.

a.

Delivery for shipment of text files in Word-format (*.doc) or Rich Text File (*.rtf) or plain text (*.txt).

b.

Separated supply’s of logo’s or bitmaps, like specified under 7.c

c.

Photo’s or slides can also get digitised by our care at cost price.

d.

Providing an example or outline is recommended.

e.

Preceding to a publication the customer will be informed with an example.
